Shipping and return policies for ACC Records

Shipping Info
Records are sent from Palermo, Italy, within 7 days of your order, using Poste Italiane services.

All records are wrapped and sent in taped-up heavy duty mailers with heavy duty parcel tape so as to ensure they will not get damaged in transit.

All records to Europe (including countries of Ex-Yugoslavia and Russia) are shipped via Postepay Internazionale service (10 working days approximately) which is trackable on delivery.

If you’d like your records to be shipped with fully trackable registered post for an additional charge, please get in touch via the contact form and we will re-calculate the shipping.

All records to all other countries are sent via fully trackable registered post.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, unless they have shipped via registered post.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective package, we will, at our own discretion, replace or refund the order (including postage).

If you do receive a damaged order: (1) get in touch via the contact form; (2) await our reply; (3) return the products in the condition you received them in and in the same type of packaging. After receiving the damaged items we will either refund or re-send your order (if available).

If you do not receive your order due to a mistake on our part, you will be completely refunded or re-sent the package without extra charge.

If you give us the wrong address and don't let us know before the order is sent, we cannot refund the item or postage costs.
